Southwest Okotoks NASP Submission - May 2026

Thank you for staying engaged in the proposed Southwest Okotoks Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (NASP) process.

The Southwest Okotoks NASP, along with the associated technical studies, has now been submitted to the Town of Okotoks. You can view the draft plan here.

As the project moves into the next stage, the Town will begin its technical review of the submission, including circulation to internal departments, external interest holders, and formal notification to adjacent landowners.

Thank you to everyone who participated in recent engagement session. Community input helped inform the development of the draft plan, and a What We Heard Report summarizing feedback received was posted to the project website.

We appreciate your continued interest in the project and will share further updates as the review process progresses.
